Meet The Team
Nathan Atkinson
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Business where he majored in Human Resource Management. He is also a Certified Practitioner of Human Resources (CPHR) from the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) – which is the peak body for Human Resource professionals in Australia.
Nathan has extensive experience in various industries, most notably disability, horticulture, local government and trades. Nathan is passionate about small and medium sized businesses and making sure they have access to quality human resources including legislation to protect their business, best practice methods to remain competitive and training and coaching for up-to-date knowledge. He is extremely passionate about bringing businesses and professionals from all walks of life together to network and support each other.
Rachael Atkinson
Rachael has worked in the healthcare industry for over 15 years, including that of disability, hospitals and pharmacies. During her tenure, she has been heavily involved in workforce planning, payroll, human resources, compliance, business management and operations. Rachael has a strong attention to detail and makes sure the t’s are crossed and the i’s are dotted to ensure strict compliance.
Rachael is also an expert in the disability industry. She helps disability providers navigate the complex SCHADS award and ensures their business is compliant with NDIS standards and regulations. She also helps providers be Audit Ready to become NDIS registered.
