No surprise there. When I first started Strategic HR Supports, I had many thoughts swirling in my head:
💭I’m great at Human Resources.
💭Why limit myself to helping just one employer when I can assist multiple businesses?
💭Surely, there’s a demand for my services!
And then reality hit. As an employee, I handled HR responsibilities with no problem! But as a business owner, I suddenly found myself having to do marketing, finances, sales, … and HR! Alongside my partner, we tried to manage everything ourselves, attempting to be all departments at once. It wasn’t until we attended Entrepreneurial Business School (EBS), a business coaching program, that we discovered the beauty of outsourcing!
❓They posed a simple question:
🗨️”Why are you still trying to do everything? There are experts out there who are MUCH better than you which will give you back valuable time to reinvest in your core business!”
